Resolution 2048 (2015)
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted Resolution 2048 (2015) on discrimination against transgender people, with recommendations on quick and accessible legal recognition without medical conditions.

Recommendations operate through member states and are not binding. They have, however, influenced national legislation (for example in Denmark, Belgium, Malta) and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.
