Genderinfo.nl values the protection of personal data and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679). Which data do we process?

Genderinfo.nl does not use analytical cookies or third-party tracking services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable tools. Only functional cookies that are necessary for the operation of the website are used. The cookie notice is provided by the Obelisk platform on which this site runs.

When you use the contact form, the information you fill in (name, e-mail address and message) is stored in the website's management environment. This data is used exclusively to answer your message and not for any other purpose. The basis for this processing is your consent, given by completing and sending the form.

No transfer to third parties

Your personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example at the request of the police or judicial authorities). The data is stored on servers within the European Union.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify incorrect data, to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Retention period

Contact form submissions are kept until the correspondence has been concluded and are then deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies or there is a good reason for longer retention (for example in the case of an ongoing legal dispute).
