What is Genderellende.nl?

Genderellende brings 'the other side' of the contemporary gender movement into view. Not to deny gender dysphoria — there is room for that on every page — but to document what happens when an ideology is imposed without room for doubt. The site collects stories, figures and official reports on the harm that, according to its creators, arises in that climate.

What is on it?

The site is built around three main themes:

  • Medical misery — puberty blockers, sex reassignment operations, complications, detransition, and the international reorientation as described in the Cass Review, the Karolinska decision and the Finnish Palko guideline;
  • Intolerance and cancel culture — cases around J.K. Rowling, Maya Forstater, Kathleen Stock, and Dutch parallels; silencing culture in care and education;
  • Social consequences — women's sport, prisons, shelter locations, language and pronouns, single-sex spaces, the disappearance of the word 'woman' from official documents.

The site combines personal testimonies (including from detransitioners such as Keira Bell, Chloe Cole) with figures and official reports.

For whom?

For people with critical questions about the contemporary gender movement — parents, journalists, policymakers, professionals and those personally affected by the consequences. Useful for those who want to supplement mainstream media stories about gender care and transition with the stories that receive little attention elsewhere.

Tone and approach

Every theme is accompanied by source citation — British Cass Review, Swedish Karolinska policy, Dutch parliamentary documents. That gender dysphoria exists and that people suffer from it is explicitly acknowledged. What is challenged is the assumption that one particular social and medical response to it is correct or sufficient.

Place within the network

The harm documentation of the network. Complementary to the figures of Genderrisico.nl and the sector analysis of Genderballast.nl, this site brings the human and cultural side into view.
