What Genderhub.nl is

Genderhub is the guide to the Dutch-language gender network. Twelve main themes, 33 topic pages, and on every page references to the specialised sites that address the theme in detail. Those who enter the network without knowing which site is relevant start here.

How the hub works

Every page on Genderhub introduces a theme in 300-500 words and then links to the specialised sites in the network: Genderinfo for broad explanation, Genderrisico for figures, Gendergekte for current affairs, Genderellende for stories, Transgenderidentiteit for scientific deep work. The hub therefore does not choose — it refers.

Target audience

Editorial line

What the network is not

What is Genderhub.nl?

Genderhub is intended as an entrance to the entire network. Those who do not know which site a question belongs to find the structure here: 12 main themes and 33 topic pages, with references per topic to the specialised sites in the network. What is on it?

The site organises the material in eight main categories:

Tone and approach

Navigation-oriented. The network's line comes through in which sites are included in the index — sister projects such as Genderellende, Gendergekte and Gendersekte reveal that the network is not activist but critically oriented.
